How much can I expect to earn?

As with any career, you usually get out of it what you put in. Real estate sales are no different, although you should expect that it will take at least a couple of months for you to become completely familiar with your new environment and establish a routine that works best for you. C21 has many tools to assist with your start-up, including the award-winning CREATE21® online training program. This program will help fast-track you to a successful real estate sales career. In addition, you will a certified C21 concierge who will provide one-on-one training and in-office education for REALTORS®.

What can I expect out of the first few months?

How will I find clients?

You will have access to all the resources in HUB21, plus we have lead generation platforms such as Back at You Media and Century21Global.com. Plus, every C21 website has a Neighbourhood News page which captures client information directly to your C21Engage. These platforms will assist you with prospecting for new clients, maintaining contact lists, lead generation and of course- winning more listings! Not to mention, you will always have the guidance and mentoring of your local broker.

Does C21 provide training?

Yes! We have designed award-winning training programs to help you every step of the way. C21 has many tools to assist with your start-up, including the award-winning CareerXpress® and CREATE21® online training program. These two programs will fast-track you to a successful real estate sales career and help you harness the power of C21 tech tools. You will also have a certified C21 concierge who will train and educate you on all the new tech and marketing tools. You will always have support no matter where you are in your career.

Can I set my own routine?

Yes! Say goodbye to the 9-5! Generally, you can enjoy a varied schedule, spending time out in the community with clients and also working with colleagues from your local C21 office. As a C21 REALTOR®, you can often build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

How long will it take me to get established?

Individual success varies, but the C21 platform of education and ongoing career support helps you get on the fast track to real estate career success. With your ambition and the new C21 rebrand, you are on your way to great personal and professional growth.

Are there any non-sales related positions available?

If sales positions are not right for you but you still want to be part of C21, local C21 franchise offices may have needs for staff positions. It is recommended that you speak directly to a local C21 broker in your area to inquire about non-sales related positions.
